SecreTrip Site Regulations

Welcome to the SecreTrip site regulations (hereinafter: "The Website"), operated by the SecreTrip Online travel agency (hereinafter: "The Website Management" and/or "The Company").

Any use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these regulations and the terms and conditions included herein. The masculine form is used in these site regulations for convenience only, and the site regulations refer to both genders equally.

These site regulations may change from time to time, and the user must keep update themselves on these site regulations upon each visit to the Website. Browsing the Website and/or using it in any way constitutes acceptance of the terms of these site regulations and a commitment to act in accordance with them. It is clarified that these regulations constitute a legally binding agreement in every respect, binding the user for all their uses of the Website.

The services provided through the Website are subject to the terms detailed in these regulations. The act of ordering services on the Website constitutes a declaration by the customer that they have read, understood, and agreed to the provisions of these site regulations. These site regulations constitute a binding contract between the user and the Website Management.

Website Accessibility

The Website is accessible to people with disabilities in accordance with the law and practice in Israel and the Israeli Internet Association.
The Website includes an accessibility plugin for users with disabilities for their use and well-being.

Services

The Website allows for online travel services of all types.
Services can be ordered by contacting us through the Website and relevant pages, or by the user himself in the website proper page.
Payment for trip planning / tourism consulting services can be made using PayPal / credit / debit cards.
The prices of the services is subject to Israeli tax law.
The Website Management reserves the right to discontinue its services at any time.
Eligibility to use the Website is granted to any who is at least 16 years old. Ordering is possible for anyone with an active bank account and/or a valid credit card and an email address, which must be provided during the purchase on the Website. A minor performing actions will be considered a minor who has received permission from their parents/guardians to make the purchase on the Website.

Cancellations and Service Changes

In case of service cancellation and product returns:

A deposit paid for custom trip planning is non-refundable.
If the cancellation occurs after the planning has been completed and presented to the customer, the customer will be required to pay the balance. If the balance payment has been made, it will not be refunded.
If additional travel services were purchased, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, attractions, etc., or third-party operator services, the terms and eligibility for cancellation and/or refund will be subject to the terms of each service provider. These terms are provided to the customer at the time of booking, and the customer is responsible for reviewing them and bears full responsibility for any lack of attention. Additionally, there may be cancellation fees for each order that will be collected from the agency.
No monetary refund will be given for services that have been rendered.
The Website shall be entitled to cancel the provision of an order to the user with at least two hours' prior notice. In such a case, the user shall have no claim against the Website.
Notice of cancellation or cessation by the Company will be given to the user, and the Company will refrain from future charges to the user's credit card.

7. Legal Clarification Regarding Bookings Made Through International Suppliers and Partners

It is hereby clarified and emphasized that when purchasing and/or placing an order on the Website for air travel services (flights) and/or any ground services (including hotels, accommodations, car rentals, attractions, etc.), the customer hereby gives their consent and declares that they are aware that where the supplier bearing full responsibility for the booking — including the airline, hotel chain, place of accommodation, or global distribution system — is an international/foreign entity that is not subject to and/or does not honor Israeli consumer protection law (the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, including its transaction cancellation provisions), the customer shall have no right to a refund, cancellation, or remedy under that law against the Company and/or against the supplier.

Furthermore, where the booking is in fact carried out via a referral from the Website to one of our international partners or to external international booking systems, the transaction is entered into directly between the user and that international entity, and Israeli consumer protection law will not apply to it in any way. The customer bears sole responsibility for reviewing the foreign supplier's cancellation terms prior to completing the booking, and waives any claim and/or demand against the Website and its management in this regard.

8. Single Travel Services — Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK Customers)

Where a customer books a single travel service only (for example: a flight alone, a hotel alone, a car rental alone, or a single attraction/activity ticket) tied to a specific date or period of performance, this service is, under the applicable consumer protection framework of the customer's country of residence — including, where relevant, the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l), and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — statutorily excluded from the general 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to other online purchases. Accordingly, cancellation of such a service is governed solely by the applicable cancellation terms of the relevant supplier and of the Website as set out in this section, and not by a general cooling-off right.

9. Combined Travel Arrangements Displayed as a Bundle (Flight + Hotel, Flight + Car, etc.)

The Website may present a combination of two or more travel services (for example, a flight together with a hotel) within a single widget or page, for the customer's convenience and comparison purposes, at a total displayed price. It is clarified that, regardless of how these services are presented or displayed together on the Website, each individual travel service within such a combination is booked, priced, and paid for directly and separately through the payment and booking system of its respective supplier (whether a pre-assembled combination sourced from a third-party booking platform, or services assembled individually by the Company on the customer's behalf). The Company does not itself receive or hold the customer's payment for these travel services, does not act as the organiser of a "package" within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements or any equivalent legislation, and does not bear organiser liability, insolvency protection obligations, or any other obligation imposed on package organisers under such legislation.

The contract for each travel service within the combination is entered into directly between the customer and the relevant supplier, whose own terms of service, cancellation policy, and consumer protections (including, where applicable, that supplier's own insolvency protection arrangements) govern that service. The Company's role is limited to that of an intermediary that presents, compares, and facilitates the customer's booking with the relevant supplier(s), as further described in section 7 above. The customer is advised to review the identity of the actual contracting supplier and its applicable terms prior to completing any booking.

Availability and Regional Location

The availability of services is subject to the time agreed upon with the online travel agency and the Website operators.

Shipping Policy

All products on the Website are digital/online, whether it is a travel plan or any planning/consulting service, and are available for direct download. Delivery of the product will take place immediately after purchase and order confirmation, via a download link sent to the customer's email address. Alternatively, the customer may log into their personal account on the Website and download the product directly from there.

Digital Products / Ready-Made Downloadable Itineraries

If, after purchasing a ready-made downloadable travel itinerary, the customer wishes to make personal changes and adjustments to it (such as: adjusting dates, synchronizing the trip's segments and arrival times with their specific flights, or any other adjustment requiring the intervention and working time of an agency expert) — this service is available and open to our customers.

It is clarified that any change or personal adjustment constitutes a separate service and will be priced in addition to the cost of the original product. Pricing varies from product to product and from itinerary to itinerary, and is determined according to the scope of work required. An exact price quote will be given to the customer by a Company representative prior to the commencement of the changes.

Personal use only: The digital product (travel itinerary) is intended for the personal use of the purchaser only. Copying, distributing, sharing, or selling the file or the download link to any third party without express written permission from the agency is strictly prohibited.
Accuracy of information: The agency invests significant effort in keeping the information appearing in the itineraries up to date, but it is clarified that it bears no responsibility for changes in schedules, attraction prices, opening hours, or availability of places mentioned in the itineraries. Such details may change from time to time by external suppliers, and the customer is responsible for verifying the information with the supplier prior to arrival.
Refund policy: Digital products and reproducible information are not subject to cancellation once supplied, consistent with the standard treatment of digital content that cannot be "returned" under consumer protection frameworks, including Israeli law and comparable international frameworks such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive and other jurisdictions' distance-selling regulations. Accordingly, once the download link has been sent to the customer or access to the file has been granted, no monetary refund of any kind will be given for the purchase of the digital product. Where the customer resides outside of Israel, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's own jurisdiction, to the extent they cannot lawfully be waived, remain unaffected by this clause; however, the customer acknowledges that digital content delivered upon consent is commonly and lawfully excluded from cancellation rights under most such frameworks.

Liability and Service

Services will be provided in accordance with the service packages offered by the online travel agency at the start of the service.
The duration of the service will be according to the time set in advance, depending on the service purchased.
The Website Management is not responsible for physical and/or financial damages and/or any other damages caused during the service or as a result of using the products.
The Website Management disclaims all responsibility for the content written on the Website or its use and consequences.

Data Security and Privacy

The Website Management, as well as sister companies and other subcontractors acting on behalf of the Company Management to the same standards, are permitted to use the information appearing on the form in order to provide you with the requested information and services. This personal information will not be disclosed, will not be used for additional marketing purposes without permission, and will not be transferred to a third party without explicit written approval from the customer.

The content of the service and the disclosure of personal information during the service will never be disclosed to another person or any entity without written permission from the customer. The Website Management is committed to your privacy, and this privacy is our top priority.

The Company undertakes not to use the information provided to it by the buyers except to enable the purchase on the sales website and in accordance with all law.

By clicking the "Payment" button, the user confirms the form and its terms with their signature.

The Website is secured using advanced security measures aimed at ensuring proper and safe use and browsing of the Website, as well as maintaining user privacy. Everyone who uses the Website and its services undertakes not to perform any activity that may disrupt the Website's operation, steal information about users, or break the Website's security mechanisms.

In case of misuse, the Website Management will act against any activity through any legal means available to it, including blocking the user from accessing the Website and initiating legal proceedings against the user if they act as stated.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in this Website, including copyrights, distribution rights, trade secrets, trademarks, and all intellectual property of any kind, whether relating to the design and pages of the Website or to the content appearing therein, are the exclusive property of the travel agency and the Website Management.

It is forbidden to copy, duplicate, distribute, publish, or use in any other way any information from the Website and/or the Website, unless prior written consent has been given by the Website Management.

Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and enforcement of these regulations, and/or any action or dispute arising therefrom, shall be governed solely by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted solely to the competent courts in the districts of Jerusalem, Shfela (Lowlands), and Tel Aviv.
