Welcome to the SecreTrip website (hereinafter: “The Website”), operated by the SecreTrip travel agency (hereinafter: “The Website Management” and/or “The Company”).

Any use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these regulations and the terms and conditions included herein. The masculine form is used in these regulations for convenience only, and the regulations refer to both genders equally.

These regulations may change from time to time, and the user must update themselves on the regulations upon each visit to the Website. Browsing the Website and/or using it in any way constitutes acceptance of the terms of these regulations and a commitment to act in accordance with them. It is clarified that these regulations constitute a legally binding agreement in every respect, binding the user for all their uses of the Website.

The services provided through the Website are subject to the terms detailed in these regulations. The act of ordering services on the Website constitutes a declaration by the customer that they have read, understood, and agreed to the provisions of these regulations. These regulations constitute a binding contract between the user and the Website Management.

Website Accessibility

The Website is accessible to people with disabilities in accordance with the law and practice in Israel and the Israeli Internet Association. The Website includes an accessibility plugin for users with disabilities for their use and well-being.

Services

The Website allows for travel services of all types. Services can be ordered by contacting us through the Website and relevant pages.

Payment for Website services can be made using PayPal, Stripe, and Bit. The price of the services is subject to Israeli tax law.

The Website Management reserves the right to discontinue its services at any time.

Eligibility to use the Website is granted to any citizen who is at least 14 years old. Ordering is possible for anyone with an active bank account and/or a valid Israeli credit card and an email address, which must be provided during the purchase on the Website. A minor performing actions will be considered a minor who has received permission from their parents/guardians to make the purchase on the Website.

Cancellations and Service Changes

In case of service cancellation and product returns:

1. A deposit paid for custom trip planning is non-refundable.
2. If the cancellation occurs after the planning has been completed and presented to the customer, the customer will be required to pay the balance. If the balance payment has been made, it will not be refunded.
3. If additional travel services were purchased, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, attractions, etc., or third-party operator services, the terms and eligibility for cancellation and/or refund will be subject to the terms of each service provider. These terms are provided to the customer at the time of booking, and the customer is responsible for reviewing them and bears full responsibility for any lack of attention.
4. In the event of purchasing a digital travel itinerary product for any destination, no return or credit option will be given, but an exchange option will be provided subject to an additional payment, if applicable.
5. No monetary refund will be given for services that have been rendered.

The Website shall be entitled to cancel the provision of an order to the user with at least two hours’ prior notice. In such a case, the user shall have no claim against the Website. Notice of cancellation or cessation by the Company will be given to the user, and the Company will refrain from future charges to the user’s credit card.

Shipping Policy

All products on the Website are digital/online, whether it is a travel plan or any planning/consulting service.

Liability and Service

Services will be provided in accordance with the service packages offered by the travel agency at the start of the service. The duration of the service will be according to the time set in advance, depending on the service purchased.

The Website Management is not responsible for physical and/or financial damages and/or any other damages caused during the service or as a result of using the products. The Website Management disclaims all responsibility for the content written on the Website or its use and consequences.

Data Security and Privacy

The Website Management, as well as sister companies and other subcontractors acting on behalf of the Company Management to the same standards, are permitted to use the information appearing on the form in order to provide you with the requested information and services. This personal information will not be disclosed, will not be used for additional marketing purposes without permission, and will not be transferred to a third party without explicit written approval from the customer.

The content of the service and the disclosure of personal information during the service will never be disclosed to another person or any entity without written permission from the customer. The Website Management is committed to your privacy, and this privacy is our top priority.

The Company undertakes not to use the information provided to it by the buyers except to enable the purchase on the sales website and in accordance with all law.

By clicking the “Payment” button, the user confirms the form and its terms with their signature.

The Website is secured using advanced security measures aimed at ensuring proper and safe use and browsing of the Website, as well as maintaining user privacy. Everyone who uses the Website and its services undertakes not to perform any activity that may disrupt the Website’s operation, steal information about users, or break the Website’s security mechanisms.

In case of misuse, the Website Management will act against any activity through any legal means available to it, including blocking the user from accessing the Website and initiating legal proceedings against the user if they act as stated.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in this Website, including copyrights, distribution rights, trade secrets, trademarks, and all intellectual property of any kind, whether relating to the design and pages of the Website or to the content appearing therein, are the exclusive property of the travel agency and the Website Management.

It is forbidden to copy, duplicate, distribute, publish, or use in any other way any information from the Website and/or the Website, unless prior written consent has been given by the Website Management.

Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and enforcement of these regulations, and/or any action or dispute arising therefrom, shall be governed solely by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted solely to the competent courts in the districts of Jerusalem, Shfela (Lowlands), and Tel Aviv.
