The voucher will be automatically sent to your email as soon as your order is confirmed by the vehicle supplier. If you can’t find it, you can enter your order number and email address at the top of this page and download the voucher in PDF format at any time. Tip: Also check your Spam folder.

Yes, you can request changes (such as adding a driver, changing dates, or upgrading a vehicle) through the booking management system. Please note: Any changes are subject to approval by the vehicle supplier and may result in a price update based on current rates and vehicle availability.

In most cases, you can cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours before your pick-up date (check the specific terms and conditions on your voucher). To cancel, log in to Manage Order and click “Cancel Order“. The credit will be applied to the payment method you used to pay.

If you have already picked up the vehicle and wish to extend the rental, you must contact the vehicle supplier directly (the telephone number is on the rental contract you received at the counter). Extending the rental through the website is only possible before the original pick-up date.

If you are aware of a flight delay, it is very important to notify the overseas car supplier directly as soon as possible (contact details appear on the voucher). Most suppliers will hold the car for you for an hour or two, but advance notice will ensure that the reservation is not canceled due to a no-show.

This is a normal situation that occurs when the car supplier is conducting a final check of the availability of the vehicle in their fleet. The approval process usually takes between a few minutes and 48 hours. Once the supplier approves, you will receive an email with the final voucher.
