What is an "advance payment" (150$) and what is it used for?
This is a minimum payment required to begin the planning process. It covers the creation of the basic “trip frame” and will be made after the conference meeting call.
Will an advance payment be deducted from the final payment?
Yes, the advance is fully deducted from the final cost of the planning fee (as shown in the price list).
How do you calculate the daily price ($20/$30/$25/$45)?
The daily price is multiplied by the number of days of your trip. The total amount is the final cost before the advance payment is deducted.
for example: 6 nights trip for couple will cost you, 7X20$=140$ which is under the minimum fee amount, so it will be only the advanced payment as your planning fee.
Are the prices shown on the price list in dollars?
Prices for planning are shown in USD. You can also pay in EUR. [The prevailing exchange rate applies at the time of payment].
Is the daily price ($20/$25/$30/$40) a price per day per person?
No, the price is the price per day of travel for all travelers together.
What happens if you encounter a problem during the trip and need to change the route?
The full planning packages are carried out in a meticulous and orderly manner after meeting with you and making any corrections, if any. The plan will always include a “busier” day than average so that you can be flexible and make changes when necessary during the trip. Which means you receive support and minor route changes when necessary.
What is the maximum length of the trip you are planning?
The price varies from 21 days and up, but we also plan trips for periods of several months.
What is the difference between a "small group" package (up to 15 people) and a "large group" package (16+ people)?
The difference is in the number of passengers and the logistical complexity. Planning for a large group requires finding accommodations, restaurants, and attractions that can accommodate a large number of people, which justifies the higher daily price.
