SecreTrip views the provision of equal and accessible service to all its customers as being of utmost importance. We constantly work to improve the accessibility of our website, based on the belief that every person has the right to use the information and services offered online.
Compliance with Standards
The website has been adapted, to the extent possible, to the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013 [This is the Israeli standard].
Accessibility was performed in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at the AA level (the updated international standard).
The website is supported by common browsers and is adapted for various resolutions and devices (computers, mobile, and tablets).
Built-in Accessibility Arrangements (Base Code)
The website was built with an emphasis on basic accessibility from the site’s code, combined with the Elementor infrastructure:
Semantic Structure: The content on the website is built in an orderly hierarchical structure (headings, paragraphs) that facilitates the use of assistive technologies.
Keyboard Navigation: It is possible to navigate the website using the keyboard only, by using the Tab key and arrows (including providing clear focus to elements).
Screen Reader Adaptation: Basic adaptations have been made to support common screen readers, including ARIA settings.
Accessibility Adaptations using the Ally Plugin (Elementor)
The website uses the Ally accessibility plugin (from Elementor), which offers advanced functions for users of assistive technologies:
Font Size Adjustment: enlarging or reducing the website text.
Contrast Adjustment: switching to a more contrasting color mode (such as black and white).
Blocking Flashes and Animations: assistance for users with light sensitivity.
Link Highlighting: visual change to emphasize all links on the website.
Basic Navigation: option to skip directly to the central content.
Screen Reader Adaptation: image descriptions (Alt Tags), texts for buttons and form fields.
Limitations and Caveats:
It is clarified that third-party components (External Widgets), such as external booking modules, airline widgets, maps, or clearing systems, are managed by external providers. We work to choose suppliers who adhere to accessibility whenever possible, but it is possible that these components are not fully accessible.
