Not necessarily. Our flight search engine returns real-time prices from multiple suppliers (GDS, NDC, LCC), but the price may change between the search and the verification stage. Only after the verification stage is a guaranteed price received. If there is a price change, an explicit notification will be displayed before final confirmation.

After completing the payment and the Book stage, the system returns a bookingId and a bookingRef – (PNR) which is the airline’s confirmation code. This code is required for check-in and will be sent to you with immediate confirmation to the email entered during the booking stage. Some providers update the status asynchronously, so there may be a short delay until the full CONFIRMED status.

Cancellation depends on the Fare Rules selected at the time of booking. This information is already available at the selection and verification stage. The refund, if any, is transferred to the credit card used for payment. And is processed through our support.

Flight offers are only valid for a few minutes you will see countdown timer that specify it. If you receive a 404/500 error or unable to make prebook during the Prebook or Verify stage, this means that the offer has expired. You must return to the search and change your airline/airports/dates, or you can wait a bit in order to lett it auto updated.

Seat and baggage selection can be made before the final payment stage. After the Prebook stage, the system displays all available add-ons (servicesAttachable) by route. Adding add-ons after final confirmation depends on the airline's policy. You can of course purchase additional add-ons and upgrades on the airline's website after booking, by logging into your booking management with the airline with the PNR number or booking confirmation and your family name as shown in our booking management.

You can retrieve your booking details at any time by entering the PNR received in your email and your last name in the our search bar. The system returns all passenger details, itinerary, baggage details and the latest booking status.
