Immediately after receiving the deposit, we begin building the base plan — giving us an initial picture of the trip and letting us book flights and a rental car.
Flights Booking
Once the general direction of the trip is set, we'll notify you with price quotes for flights. At this stage it's critical that you're available and committed, so we can lock in the best prices and opportunities — flights are the trickiest component of a vacation and have the most significant impact on the itinerary and travel budget.
Car Rental / Transfers & Shuttles
After booking the flights, we'll send you price quotes for car rental for your trip. If a car isn't needed due to a constraint or preference, you'll instead receive quotes for a private transfer from the airport to your first destination.
Complete Custom Trip Planning
Our experts dive deep into every detail of your itinerary, planning it thoroughly and personally. At times we may flag things worth preparing for. At this step, accommodation bookings may also be required due to specific complexities.
Presenting the Trip Plan & Final Payment
Once we've finished planning your trip, we'll schedule another meeting to present the full plan alongside the vacation flow in Google Maps. This is where the magic happens — a guided overview of the destination with important tips and highlights, and we'll answer every question. Afterwards, to receive the plan and map file, you'll be asked to make the final payment, minus the deposit.
Accommodation Booking
Once you've had time to absorb the trip plan, we'll send you price quotes for accommodations unique to each step of the trip. We'll need your cooperation and commitment to secure the best places at the best prices.
Booking Attractions & Additional Services
Once you've decided which attractions you'd like to visit, we'll book each one. We also offer additional travel services such as eSIM packages, travel insurance at attractive prices, and transportation tickets for any type of public transit.
